Duckitt

The renovation of an existing house to take advantage of a greenbelt setting.

The project allowed for the partial demolition of an existing house, while retaining aspects of the existing split levels. The new design looked to bring light into the deeper, south-facing rooms. A new stair to the roof deck takes advantage of the double volume space created.
